Lennoxlove has been the home of the Dukes of Hamilton since 1947. The house, dating from well before 1400, is situated in 600 acres of beautiful secluded grounds. The house can be found in the beautiful area of East Lothian, just 21 miles from Edinburgh and is a wonderful setting for a truly romantic wedding.
Getting married in The Chapel, the undercroft of the 14th Century Keep, provides an unparalleled, romantic experience which you will never forget. The Chapel will hold up to 72 people for a wedding ceremony. Larger ceremonies can be catered for elsewhere in The House.
The barrel-vaulted Great Hall with its huge open fireplace and magnificent stonework dates back to the Early 14th Century. Seating up to 120 guests for a wedding ceremony and up to 72 for a sit-down dinner. A dinner dance with a fully stocked bar will be comfortable for 60 people.
For smaller more intimate dinners, the Dining Room on the ground floor can cater for up to 30 guests. Your guests can relax in our Oak Room for pre-dinner drinks followed by coffee and liqueurs to finish off the evening
Lennoxlove has a wonderful permanent marquee on the lawns of the house which can accommodate up to 200 guests.
